Was blessed by the bees to share a special moment with 2 hives, sleeping in the Bee Healing Hut. The gentle harmonious vibrational hummmm of the bees 🐝 beneath my spine as I allowed myself to drop into a deep soothing peaceful space .. acoustics of the melodious sounds of busy bees surrounds .. over time the scent of honey ooze through the wood breathing in the delicate micro organisms of the hive .. what an gift and experience to share zen time with these divine creatures 🐝💛🐝

I looked for it by walking over hot coals praying for a fiery rebirth
I tried to find it by hanging from an ayahuasca vine
Maybe another plant has it… sure, let’s try them all…
I searched for it in ashrams and bowed thousands of times waiting for it to appear
I thought maybe it’s in another, so I gave my power away as if it were Halloween candy
Or maybe it’s in another country or culture, so like an easter egg hunt I went hopping all over the world
Maybe it’s in the next breathwork/healing/energy technique?
A little voice told me it was within me, so I tried to make the voice louder with endless cleanses… if I get rid of the last parasite, surely it will appear?
I chanted, cast spells, ritualised it all … this was just creating endless karmic contracts
I negotiated with spirits and nearly gave my Soul away out of ignorance
This tired pilgrim just didn’t know where else it could be….
The cosmic joke is that it has been within my Soul all along… all I had to do was connect and be willing to peel the layers of trauma with endless love and compassion, like the petals of a rose softly landing on earth
My inner child held the key
My heart opened to embrace all the parts – the good, the bad and the ugly
I took responsibility and finally breathed out deeply
Peace reigned supreme
It’s all within
